Palak Paneer one of the most popular indian dishes is palak paneer – soft cottage cheese cubes in a mild spiced smooth spinach sauce. palak paneer is smooth creamy dish made with fresh spinach leaves, paneer (cottage cheese), onions, herbs and spices.

Ingredients

- Spinach 1kg

- Baking Soda 1 tsp


- Cooking Oil 3 tbsp

- Maida Flour 1 tbsp

- Onion 1 piece

- Whole Cumin 1 tbsp

- Green Chili 5g

- Paneer 200g

- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp

- Green Coriander 10g

- Tomato 2 pieces

- Salt as per taste

- Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp

- Hot Spices Powder 1 tsp

- Cumin Powder 1 tbsp

- Coriander Powder 1 tbsp

- Dry Fenugreek 1 tbsp

- Cream 2 tbsp

- Butter 3 tbsp

Instructions

- 1 In a cooking pot, add water, baking soda, spinach and cook for 8-10 minutes.

- 2 In a cooking pan, add cooking oil, paneer coated with maida flour and fry until light brown.

- 3 In a grinder, add boiled spinach, water and grind it.

- 4 In another cooking pan, add cooking oil, onion, whole cumin, green chili, ginger garlic paste, tomato, green coriander, salt, red chili powder, hot spices powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, water and cook for 3-4 minutes.

- 5 Now, add grind spinach, fried paneer, cream, fenugreek, butter and cook for 5 minutes.

Your tasty Palak Paneer now ready to serve.
