Ingredients
Mince ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
Gram flour 1 tbsp (roasted)
Ghee 1 tbsp
Onion 1 (chopped)
Green chilies 2 (chopped)
Instructions
Cooking DirectionsMix all the above ingredients in mince, keep for 30 minutes.
Make in the shape of seekh kabab, put in greased oven tray and bake on 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Give dum of coal. Garnish with onion and lemon slices, serve
