Shakshuka Eggs Kofta Recipe

Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

400g Kofta,
2 tbsp Olive oil,
1 & 1/2 cup Tomato puree,
1 tsp Cumin seeds,
1 tsp Turmeric,
1 tsp Coriander powder,
1 tbsp Black pepper,
Salt to taste,
Pinch of sugar,,
4 Eggs
1 & 1/2 tsp Red chili powder,
1/2 tsp Paprika,
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste,
1/2 cup Onion,
1/2 cup Bell pepper yellow,
1/2 cup Capsicum,

Instructions

Prepare the Kofta as per the instructions on the pack.
In a skillet heat oil, add cumin seeds, turmeric, coriander powder and sauté a bit.
Add tomato puree, salt, pepper, sugar, paprika, ginger garlic paste mix it well and bring to boil.
When it starts boiling, cover and cook on medium flame for 20 minutes or until sauce get thick and dark.
Add vegetable onion, bell pepper and capsicum in it.
Now add Kofta in it and mix it well.
Make 4 holes in the gravy with spoon and crack egg in each of them.
Cover it again and let it cook on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
