Mutton Rib with Plum Sauce

Ingredients

Mutton Rib 1 kg,
Five Spice 1 tsp (chinese spice),
Oyster Sauce 1 tsp,
Black Pepper 1 tsp,
Soy Sauce 5 tbsp,
For Sauce:,
Chicken Cube 1,
Plum ½ cup,
Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp,
Chopped Ginger 1 tbsp,
Chili Paste 1 tbsp,
Soy Sauce 2 tbsp,
Corn Flour 2 tbsp,
Chopped Spring Onion 4 tbsp,
Chinese Salt 1/3 tbsp,
Oil 2 to 3 tbsp,
Salt to taste,

Instructions

Cut rib into pieces.

Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, all spice, black pepper, salt and water.

Allow cooking at low flame so that water dries up and ribs are soft and tender.

To make sauce take oil in a pan, and put garlic ginger (chopped) and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.

Now add plum paste (boiled and without seeds), chili paste, soy sauce, Chinese salt, chicken cube and add little salt and cook the sauce for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add 1/3 cup water so that the mixture is not thick.

Add dissolved corn flour in it.

Mix it well and put chopped green onions, mix it with a spoon.

Sauce is ready.

Put the prepared ribs in the sauce and mix it well.

Mutton rib with chili sauce is ready.
