Kachey Kebab (Beef Kebab)

Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

Beef 1 kg,
Garlic ginger paste 1 tbsp,
Salt to taste,
Turmeric powder ½ tsp,
Chili powder 1 tbsp or to taste,
Tandoori color a pinch,
Lemon juice 2 tsp,
Flour 3 tbsp,
Oil ½ cup,

Instructions

Beat the beef slices with a hammer to make it very flat.

Then add all the spices except flour.

Leave it to marinate for few hours or even over night.

Heat the oil in a pan. Roll the marinated beef slices in flour and spread in the pan.

Do not over lap, cover the pan with a proper lid and cook for about ten minutes.

Open the lid and turn the slices on the other side.

Allow to cook again by covering the lid.

Cook for ten minutes or until the kebabs are done.

Garnish with wedges of lemon and serve with plain rice and lentils.
