Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

Mince 250 gm,
Raw papaya 1 tsp,
Poppy paste1 tsp heaped,
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp heaped,
Brown onion grinded 2 tbsp,
All spice ½ tsp,
Salt 1 tsp,
Roasted gram 1 tbsp (ground),
Yogurt ½ cup,
Yellow color a pinch,
Coriander seeds 1 tsp,
Cumin seeds 1 tsp,
Black cumin ½ tsp,
Red chili whole 8,
Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp,

Instructions

Roast separately coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black cumin seeds, whole red chili and desiccated coconut then grind together finely with poppy paste and roasted gram.

Mix this with your mince, raw papaya, brown onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, all spice, mix all very well.

Grease a baking tray, spread the mince on it.

Spread the yogurt mixed with a yellow color evenly on top of mince.

Give steam of coal, bake on 150 Degree C for 30 minutes.

Cut in square.

Serve with onion rings, chopped coriander and mint leaves.
