Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

Mutton ½ kg,
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp,
Oil ½ cup,
Onion ½ cup (finely chopped),
Cashew nut 10 (grinded),
Melons seeds 1 tbsp (grinded),
Chili powder 1 tsp heaped,
Salt 1 tsp,
Coriander 1 tsp (roasted and crushed),
Cumin 1 tsp (roasted and crushed),
Yogurt ½ cup,
Ketchup ½ cup,
Spring onion ½ cup (finely chopped),
Potatoes sali ½ cup,

Instructions

Boil mutton with ginger garlic paste and 3 cups water till nearly done.
Heat oil fry onion when transparent then add cashew nuts and melon seeds paste with chili powder, salt, coriander and cumin, fry for 5 minutes.
Add boiled mutton fry well.
Add yogurt and ketchup, cover and cook till done.
Lastly add spring onion and potato Sali.

Give simmer of coal.
