Ingredients,
Mutton Leg 1,
Vinegar 1/4 cup,
Ppaya paste 4 tsp,
Salt to taste,
Garlic ginger paste 2 tsp,
Fats 100 gm,
White chili 2 tsp,
Black pepper crushed 2 tsp,
Green chili paste 1 tsp,
Lemon and onion wedges for garnish.,

Instructions

Cooking Directions
Apply cuts on mutton leg.
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and apply on leg.
Leave for marination in fridge for about 4-6 hours.
Shift on greased baking tray and bake in preheated oven at 180 degree C for 1 hours or until completely tender.
Garnish with lemon and onion wedges and serve.
