Ingredients

Ingredients:,
1/2 kg Beef,
1/2 kg Nali,
1 tbsp. Ginger garlic paste,
1 tsp Turmeric,
Salt to taste,
3-4 cups Water,
1/2 cup Oil,
2 medium Onion,
1 tbsp. Whole Spices,
2 medium Tomatoes,
2 tbsp. Red Chili powder,
1 tsp Cumin,
1 tbsp. Coriander powder,
1 cup Yogurt,
1/4 tsp Nutmeg,
6-8 Plum,
Beef Stock,
2-3 Green Chilies,
1/2 tsp Garam Masala,
4-5 tbsp. Coriander leaves,
2-3 tbsp. Fried Onion,
1-2 tsp Mace,
1 tsp Kewra water,
1-2 tsp Food color,

Instructions

Direction:
In a pan add beef and nali, 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp turmeric, salt, water, bring it to boil and cook until beef gets tender 80%.
Take out the beef and nali and keep the stock for later use.
In a pan heat oil, add whole spices, 1/2 tbsp. ginger garlic paste, saute for a minute.
Add onion and cook until light golden brown.
Add tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, cumin, coriander powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric, green chilies and cook for 2 minutes.
Add beef mix it well.
Add yogurt, nutmeg, mace, plum and cook until oil separates.
Add nali and stock. Cook until beef gets tender..
Take out the nali. Keep aside.
Take out the half gravy.
Add half of the boiled rice.
Add some corrinader.
Add remaining gravy.
Add remaining rice, chopped coriander, fried onion. kewra water, food color.
Add nali. Cover the lid and cook on medium low flame for 12-15 minutes.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
Serve: 5-6 persons
