EPSOM SALT FOOT SOAK

Why recepie famous for?

Obviously the main ingredient in this foot bath recipe is Epsom salt, but I like to add other purifying and relaxing ingredients to make my soak more beneficial.

Ingredients


1 1/2 cups Epsom salt
1/4 cup dried chamomile
1/4 cup bentonite clay
1/4 cup baking soda optional, but great from a little extra relaxation
15 drops essential oils of your choosing

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a lidded jar. Mix well.
Fill a basin with warm water until it’s deep enough to cover feet.
Add 1/2 cup of the Epsom salt mixture to the water.
Soak your feet for 30 to 60 minutes.
Pat dry and then massage feet with sweet almond or jojoba oil to lock in moisture.
Store any remaining soaking salts in a sealed jar on the bathroom counter for up to 3 months.
