Ingredients

1 1/4 cup(s) milk, fat-free, (may substitute soy, almond, or rice milk)

1/2 banana(s)
ice cubes, 3-5

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth and frothy.

If you prefer a thinner smoothie or the blender is having a difficult time processing the ingredients, add an extra splash of milk.
