2 fish, Rouh , wild, fillets (6 ounces each), 1/2" thick
2 clove(s) garlic, minced
1 tablespoon oil, olive
1/4 teaspoon salt, Kosher
pepper, black ground

Instructions

Arrange the Rohu fillets in microwaveable dish, skin down. Brush the oil evenly over the salmon and sprinkle with the garlic.
