Ingredients

Boiled eggs ………………………. 4
Cucumber ………………………. 1Chopped
cabbage ………………………. 1 cup
Carrot ………………………. 1Chopped
walnuts ………………………. ¼ cup
Chopped almonds ………………………. ¼ cup
Crushed peanuts ………………………. ¼ cup
Low fat mayonnaise ………………………. ½ cup
Apple ………………………. 1
Low fat yogurt ………………………. ¼ cup
Olive oil ………………………. 1 tablespoon
Salt and black pepper for seasoning

Instructions

Dice the boiled eggs, cucumber, carrot and apples into cubes.Mix mayonnaise and yogurt together. Add a pinch of salt and pepper for seasoning.Mix the chopped walnuts and almonds with the mayo and yogurt mixture in a bowl.Add the diced eggs, cucumber, carrots and apples to the mixture in the bowl.Take out the salad in a serving dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Finally, sprinkle the crushed peanuts over it.
