Ingredients

6 tbsp Olive Oil
As per taste Salt
3 tbsp Mustard Paste
½ tsp Oregano
½ tsp Thyme
½ tsp Basil
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Chili Sauce
5g Parsley
1 Whole Chicken (skinned)
1 Carrot
1 Onion
2 Lemon
3 Green Chili
6 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Red Chili Crushed
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
3 tbsp Butter

Instructions

Directions for whole chicken Roast

1 In a bowl, add olive oil (3 tbsp), salt, mustard paste, oregano, thyme, basil, lemon juice, garlic (3 cloves - slice cutting), chili sauce, parsley (chopped) and mix it.
2 Next, In another bowl, add whole chicken (skinned) and cover it with the mixture, then keep in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
3 Now, in a pan, add carrot, onion, lemon (slice cutting), green chili, whole garlic (3 cloves), salt, red chili crushed, black pepper powder, olive oil (3 tbsp) and cook for a while.
4 Now, in another pan, add butter and pan roast the chicken, then fill the inner core of whole chicken.
5 Now, cover the chicken with mixture and steam the chicken for an hour.
6 Serve with rice.
