Thai Grilled Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

Ingredients:
250g Chicken (boneless)
1 & 1/2 cup Pasta (boiled)
1 cup Onion (julienne)
1 cup Tomatoes (julienne)
1 cup Cucumber (julienne)
1/2 cup Capsicum (julienne)
1/2 cup Yellow bell pepper (julienne optional)
1/2 cup Red bell pepper (julienne optional)
1 tbsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp Fish sauce
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Fish sauce
7-8 tbsp Sugar syrup
6 tbsp Hot sauce
2 tbsp Soya sauce
6 tbsp Lemon juice
5-6 Green chilies (chopped)
2 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
4 tbsp Ketchup

Instructions

Directions:
Take chicken breast and cut it into thin fillets.
In a bowl, add soya sauce, fish sauce, oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
Marinate chicken fillets in it for half an hour.
Grill chicken on a grill pan, let it cool and then cut them into thin strips.
In a bowl, add fish sauce, sugar syrup, hot sauce, lemon juice, chopped chilies, garlic chopped and ketchup.
Whisk it well and set aside for 15 to 10 minutes.
Now in a large bowl, add all the vegetables, pasta, prepared dressing and mix well.
Your Thai grilled chicken pasta is ready to serve.
