Sindhi Dum Baryani

Ingredients

Chicken 250g

Rice 300g

Boiled potatoes 1pc

Salt as required

Cooking oil 2 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Tomato paste 200g

Cumin powder 1 tsp

Coriander powder 1 tsp

Hot spices powder 1 tsp

Red chili powder 2 tbsp

Black pepper crushed 1 tsp

Turmeric 1 tsp

Butter 1 tsp

Dry fenugreek 1 tsp

Hot spices 1 tsp

Brown onion 1 tbsp

Saffron water 1 tsp

Butter and cooking oil 1 tsp

Maida flour 50g

Yeast 5g

Milk ½ cup

Sugar 10g

Instructions

Method for Sindhi Dum Baryani:
1-In a cooking pot add oil and ginger garlic paste and fry for 2-3 minutes then add tomato paste, salt, white cumin powder, coriander powder, hot spices, red pepper powder, black pepper crushed and turmeric and cook well.

2- Now add chicken and butter and leave it on steam for 5-7 minutes.

3- Add ginger, green coriander, green chili crushed and boiled potato. Masala is ready.

4- In a cooking pot add a layer of masala then add layer of boiled rice then sprinkle hot spices, fenugreek, brown onion, tomato, green coriander, green chili, ginger and lemon then add layer of already prepared masala then add layer of rice then sprinkle hot spices, fenugreek, brown onion, tomato, green coriander, green chili, lemon and ginger, pour saffron water and place aluminium foil and place burning coal in center of it. In a pot take maida flour, butter, milk, sugar, yeast and salt and rinse it and spread with rolling pin and place it on cooking pot.

5- Bake it in oven at 375 degrees for 4-5 minutes.

6- Your tasty sindhi baryani is ready.
