Ingredients
Eggplant 500gCooking Oil 2 tbsp
Onion 1 piece
White Cumin 1 tsp
Green Chili 2 pieces
Garlic Chopped 1 tsp
Tomato 4 pieces
Salt as per taste
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Hot Water half cup
Green Coriander for garnishing
Instructions
1- In a grill pan, heat the eggplant and afterward, take off its skin.2- Now, mashed the eggplant.
3- In a cooking pan, add cooking oil, onion, white pepper and fry it until light brown.
4- Now add garlic, tomato, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, hot water and cook it for 5-7 minutes.
5- After that, add the mashed eggplant and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
6- Use green coriander for garnishing.
Your tasty Baingan ka Bharta is ready to serve.
