Ingredients

Lemon 250g

Water as needed

Salt as per taste

1/2 TSP Red Chili Powder

1/2 TSP Turmeric

4 TBSP Mustard Oil

1 TSP Mustard Seeds

1 TSP Black Seeds

1 TSP Fenugreek Seeds

1 TSP Fennel

1 TSP Cumin

1 TBSP Whole Black Pepper

Instructions

1- In a cooking pot, add water, lemons and boil it.

2- Now, let them cool and after that dry them, then cut them into 4 pieces. Now add salt, red chili powder, turmeric and mix it well.

3- In a cooking pan, add mustard oil, mustard seeds, black seeds, fenugreek seeds, fennel, cumin, whole black pepper and tempering it.

4- Now, add this mixture into lemons and mix it well, then cover them.

5- Next, keep in the room temperature for 3 days.

Your tasty Lemon Pickle now ready.

Cooking time: 30-35 minutes

Serve: 4 persons
