Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

Onions: 1 pcs,
Chickpeas: 1 cup (boiled),
Lemon Juice: 2 tsp,
Tamarind Water: 1/2 cup,
Tomatoes: 1 pcs,
Coriander & Mint: Few leaves,
Green Chilies: 3 to 4 pcs,
Oil: 2 to 3 tbsp,
Salt: as per taste,
Crushed Red Chilies: 1/2 tsp,
Sourness: 1/2 tsp,
Chaat Masala: 1/2 tsp,

Instructions

Method
Cut onions. Grind coriander, mint and green chilies and make chatni.
Heat oil and roast onions, tomatoes, green chatni and other spices in a pan.
Add tamarind water and cook for couple more minutes.
Add chickpeas and roast well. Sprinkle lemon juice all over and serve hot.
To enhance the taste, you can also add potatoes.
