Why recepie famous for?

The Shimla Mirch Qeema recipe is prepared by cooking minced meat in essential spice like cumin, red pepper, black pepper, garam masala and coriander for three to four minutes. Prior to this, green chilies and onions are light browned in garlic paste and cooking oil.

Ingredients

- Beef Mince 500g

- Cooking Oil 3 tbsp

- Onion 1

- Green Chili Chopped 2

- Whole Cumin 1/2 tsp

- Tomato Paste 5 tomatoes

- Salt as per taste

- Ginger Garlic Paste 1-1/2 tbsp

- Turmeric 1/2 tsp

- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp

- Garam Masala 1 tsp

- Coriander Powder 1 tsp

- Cumin Powder 1 tsp

- Capsicum (large cube) 3

- Butter 1 tbsp

- Water 1/2 cup

Instructions

-1 In a cooking pan, add cooking oil, onion, ginger garlic paste, cumin, green chili and fry until light brown.
-2 Now, add beef mince, tomato paste, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder and cook for 2-3 minutes.

-3 Now, steam for 10-15 minutes.

-4 After that, add capsicum, garnish and steam for 5 minutes.

-5 Now add butter at the end.

Your tasty Shimla mirch Qeema now ready to serve.
Cooking time: 35-40 minutes
