Sarson Ka Saag for taste

Ingredients

1 & ½ KG Saag
½ Spinash
250 gm Goosefoot Leaves
Salt (As Needed)
1 TSP Ginger (Chopped0
1 TSP Garlic (Chopped)
6 Green Chilies
2 TSBP Corn Flour
½ TSP Re Chili Crushed
3 TBSP Desi Ghee
Half Onion (Chopped)
5 Whole Red Chilies

Instructions


First of all, add Saag, Spinach, Goosefoot, Salt, Water (1 Cup) in a Cooking Pot
Now add, Chopped Garlic, Chopped Ginger, Red Chili Crushed, & Cook it for 2 hours
Cook it well, and mashed it well
After this take a pan, Add Desi Ghee (3 TBSP), Cloves (3 pieces), ½ Red Chili Crushed, Half Onion (Chopped), 2 TBSP Corn Flour, Saag, 5 Whole Red Chilies, cook it well and take it off from the stove
Your Tasty Saag is Ready to Serve
