Ingredients
500 gm Chicken Mince2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
100 gm roasted Daal powder
As needed Salt
1 tsp Ground Red Chili
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
3 Green chilies
1 onion
50 gm Green Coriander
1 Egg
As Needed cooking oil
1 Tomato
1 tbsp Red Chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup cream
1 kg palak
Instructions
1- In a bowel take chicken mince, ginger garlic paste, fried daal powder, Salt, ground red chili, coriander powder, green chili, onion, green coriander, egg and mix it and keep it the fridge2- Now make meat balls
3- Now take a pan, add cooking oil, add meat balls and let them golden brown
4- Now add cooking oil in a pan, ginger garlic paste, onions and let them fry until it changes into light
5- Now add tomato, salt, ground red chili, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and turmeric powder and cook it for 5 minutes
6- Now add boiled palak in a grinder and grind it
7- Now add Palak in Masalah and cook it for 5 minutes
8- Now add cream and kofta which we have already prepared and cook it for 2-3 minutes
9- Your tasty palak kofta is ready to serve
